Thanks for taking the time to drop by - below are a few details about our
little retreat
on the
Nodes Point Holiday Park
Isle of Wight
Our holiday home is an
ATLAS AMETHYST
six berth caravan owned and maintained by
The House of Elizabeth
( in other words - my family )
She is 35' x 12' and has 2 bedrooms, with a double pull out bed in lounge area, to accommodate a maximum of 6 people
(1 x double room, 1 x twin room and 1 x double sofa bed)
All guests who stay with us will be provided with clean linen on arrival unless requested otherwise.
For those guests travelling with a young child we also have available a travel cot free of charge - please do not hesitate to request it - we've found it makes life easier when our own ' little one ' is in residence.........
All usual facilities within the holiday home are available including a fully fitted kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery utensils pots and pans etc.
Gas and electricity are included in your accomdation package.
The main living area of our caravan is quite spacious so there's plenty of room to relax or even get down on the floor to play with the kids.
A TV/DVD combi and Freeview Digibox along with a sleek CD music centre are installed for your use,
A selection of family DVD's, Books and Games are permanently available for your entertainment and relaxation.
There is a separate shower room and toilet with WC, both with wash basins - comes in useful to reduce the queues in the morning....
The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge area and electric panel heaters in the bedrooms, bathroom and shower room.
All Non Residents Facility and Entertainment Passes will be included in the accommodation price
- currently valued at £ 52.00 per booking -
If these are not required then please let us know and we can make an adjustment to your final holiday costings.
For those of you who cannot live without your internet, a Wi-Fi link can be picked up (depending on atmospherics and tree foliage) from The Bembridge TURBOWEB across the bay - pick your spot carefully. We have found this method of internet access better than the intermitant availability of the dreaded .....D O N G L E .......or even the McDonalds free Wi-Fi hook up ......
We will also be pleased to arrange ferry travel on your behalf via Red Funnel from Southampton to East Cowes if required and would be more than happy to re-quote any prospective client to include the ferry crossing as this would not be a problem - This ' packaged' arrangement often proves favourable especially as the e-ticket can be sent straight to the ' IN BOX ' on your computer.
This caravan is our very own home from home and we hope you will enjoy it and the Island as much as we do.
